Turnaround Time
Current turnaround time (TAT) is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Please note that turnaround times may increase during holidays, sales events, and other high-volume seasons. Any changes to current turnaround times will be posted on our social media pages and shop announcements.
Rush Orders & Rush Shipping
Need your order sooner? We offer:
- Rush My Order – Moves your order ahead in the production queue.
- Rush Shipping – Upgrades your shipping speed once your order is completed.
Both options are available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products:
- No returns
- No exchanges
- No refunds
Please carefully review all personalization details, sizing information, and shipping information before submitting your order.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.
